Shipping & Returns
Our bracelets, necklaces and anklets are made by hand for every customer, which means it can take between 1-2 weeks for an item to be made. But then you will have a unique piece with the perfect size for you!
This leads to the following estimated delivery times:
Netherlands: 8-17 business days
Europe: 9-21 business days
Non-EU: 11-26 business days
Our vintage rings are ready to be shipped, which makes the delivery times shorter:
Netherlands: 2-4 business days
Europe: 2-7 business days
Non-EU: 4-12 business days
Please note that these delivery times are indicative. Unfortunately due to Covid-19, delivery can take longer in some cases.
We send every piece registered with a track and trace code so we are sure every item will be handed over to you in a safe way.
Was it not love at first sight? No worries! It is no problem to return or exchange your purchase.
Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and return the piece(s) within 14 days after receiving the item.
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com. Please tell us the reason of return or the item you would like to exchange it for.
- Put the piece of jewelry in its original packaging.
- Send it registered to the address stated in our replied e-mail.
Note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of return and the security of shipment. We highly recommend to use registered shipment, so it is secured and has a tracking code.
The piece should be unworn and in good condition (this means without any damage) in its original packaging. If we receive a returned piece that is damaged, then the costs for reparations will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
It is not possible to return a customized piece of jewelry, because it is not part of our collection.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a seperate purchase for the new item.
By solely using good and sustainable materials, we do our utmost to create jewelry that are as strong as possible. But accidents can happen! If a part is broken, please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can discuss the options.
We don’t offer repair service for our vintage pieces. Please contact a jeweler or goldsmith for reparations.
