Our jewelry are normally posted by us within 1-2 business days, which results in the following delivery times. Please note that these delivery times are indicative.
Netherlands: 2-4 business days
Europe: 2-7 business days
Non-EU: 4-12 business days
We send every piece registered with a track and track code so we are sure every item will be handed over to you in a safe way.

Was it not love at first sight? No worries! It is no problem to return or exchange your purchase. An order can be returned within 14 days after receiving the order.

Please tell us the reason of return or the item you would like to exchange it for.
Put the piece of jewelry in its original packaging.
Send it registered to the address you will receive by email from us.
Send us the tracking code, so we can track it down.
Note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of return and the security of shipment. We highly recommend to use registered shipment, so it is secured and has a tracking code.
The piece(s) should be unworn and in good condition (this means without any damage or adjustments) in its original packaging. If we receive a returned piece that is damaged, then the costs for reparation will be deducted from your refund.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your return will be processed within 1 week. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a seperate purchase for the new item.
