We offer a guarantee of 3 months on all of our products. 
The guarantee expires when alterations are made to the original product. 

If something gets broken within these 3 months, it is important to send us clear close-up pictures so we can see what the problem is. We will offer a suitable solution. 

We don’t offer repair service for our vintage pieces. Please contact a jeweler or goldsmith for reparations.

We strongly advice to have your vintage jewelry checked by a goldsmith once a year.  Unfortunately it is inevitable that your piece gets older by time and therefore slowly wears out. Maintenance is sometimes necessary to keep them in excellent state.
