Returns
How can I return an order?
It is possible to return an order within 14 days after receiving the item. The item has to be in perfect and unworn condition. A return must be registered by e-mail.

After I returned the item, when can I expect the refund?
Returns will be send to a mailbox.
Your return will be processed within 1 week. After we processed your return, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us.
Is it possible that I exchange my items instead of receiving money back?
Unfortunately, we do not offer that option. If you wish to receive a new item,
return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order on www.foreverminecollectables.com.
Do I pay for the return costs?
If you like to return your order, you have to pay for the return costs yourself. We always advise to ship the items registered, because you are responsible for the return yourself.

What is the material of your jewelry?
We only sell solid gold items, nothing plated.
What is the difference between 9, 14 and 18 carat gold?
All carats are real gold and will last forever without color fading.
Golden jewelry is always made of an alloy of different metals because pure 24% gold is too soft to make
jewelry from. Gold is mixed with metals such as copper, silver and brass. The amount of gold in a piece of jewelry determines the carat. A higher carat gold contains more gold than a lower carat.
Can 9 carat jewelry fade in color?
9 carat jewelry is made of an alloy of pure gold with other metals, just like 14 carat golden jewelry. So it is not a layer of gold. For this reason, a 9 carat piece of jewelry cannot fade in color.

Yess we have! You can purchase a giftcard in our webshop.
After you made the payment, you will receive the giftcard code in your e-mail.
